To help us provide clean, high-quality linens for every event, we ask that all customers follow these rental guidelines:
- The renter is responsible for all table linens from the time they are picked up or delivered until they are returned or retrieved by Asolid Ink.
- All rented table linens must be returned, including any accompanying items provided with the rental.
- Linens should be kept free from excessive stains, burns, tears, wax, ink, paint, mildew, or other permanent damage.
- Do not cut, pin, staple, glue, tape, or alter the linens in any way.
- Shake off all food and debris before returning the linens. Do not wash or dry-clean them—Asolid Ink professionally cleans all rental linens.
- The renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively soiled linens that cannot be cleaned.
- Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees may apply for damaged or missing items.
- Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges.
