Processing & Delivery

At Asolid Ink, every order is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized, we take the time to ensure your order meets our quality standards before it leaves our shop.

Processing Time

​

Most orders are processed within 10–21 business days after artwork approval and payment has been received.

Processing times may vary based on:

• Product availability

• Order size and quantity

• Customization requirements

• Seasonal demand

• Conference and event schedules

 

Asolid Ink proudly serves as a traveling vendor at conferences and events throughout the year. While we strive to meet our standard turnaround times, occasional scheduling adjustments may be necessary. If an item is temporarily out of stock or additional production time is required, we will contact you promptly with an update.

Shipping

All orders are produced and shipped directly from Asolid Ink—never from third-party warehouses or drop shippers.

Once your order has been completed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping transit times are determined by the shipping carrier and are separate from our processing time.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Indianapolis area. You'll receive an email or text notification with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Custom Orders

​

All custom and personalized items are made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is an error on our part or a product defect.

Proof Approval

​

Production begins only after your design proof has been approved (when applicable) and payment has been received.

​

Event Deadlines

​

If your order is for a specific event, conference, or celebration, please include your event date when requesting a quote so we can confirm whether your requested timeline can be accommodated.

 

Need Your Order Sooner?

If you have a specific event date or need your order by a certain deadline, please let us know before placing your order. Rush services may be available for an additional fee, depending on our production schedule.
