Due to the custom and personalized nature of our gift bags, all sales are final once production has begun.
•No returns or refunds are accepted on personalized or custom-made gift bags.
•Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged after approval and production has started.
•We are not responsible for errors in personalization that were approved by the customer prior to production.
