Mosaic Letters & Numbers Rental Policy

Because we reserve inventory, purchase supplies, and prepare custom décor specifically for your event, all retainers and payments for mosaic letter and number rentals are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Event cancellations
• Changes of mind
• Weather-related cancellations
• Failure to use the reserved rental items
• Last-minute event changes

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us at least 30 days before your scheduled event.

Your retainer may be transferred to a new date one time, subject to availability.

Requests made within 30 days of the event may not be eligible for transfer.

Damage & Replacement

The renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items while they are in their possession.

Repair or replacement fees will be charged based on the extent of the damage.

Setup & Pickup

Asolid Ink will coordinate the delivery, setup, and pickup time agreed upon during booking.

Please ensure the rental items remain in a safe location until pickup.

Local delivery is available for select orders within our service area. Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout or quoted before delivery.

Please ensure:

• The delivery address is accurate.
• A safe and accessible delivery location is provided.
• Someone is available to accept the delivery if required.

Asolid Ink is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

To ensure every customer receives our mosaic letters and numbers in excellent condition, we ask that you follow these rental guidelines:

• The renter is responsible for all mosaic letters and numbers from the time they are picked up or delivered until they are returned or picked up by Asolid Ink.
• Mosaic letters and numbers are intended for decorative use only and should be handled with care.
• Do not sit, stand, climb, lean, or place heavy objects on the letters or numbers.
• Do not move the displays once they have been set up without prior approval, as improper handling may cause damage.
• If used outdoors, the renter is responsible for ensuring the displays are secured and protected from wind, rain, and other weather conditions. Any damage caused by weather is the responsibility of the renter.
• Do not paint, write on, puncture, tape, glue, staple, or permanently attach decorations directly to the mosaic letters or numbers. Only removable decorations approved by Asolid Ink may be used.
• The renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or missing items during the rental period.
• If balloons are included with the rental, they are intended for decorative use only and are not guaranteed after setup due to normal deflation or weather conditions.
• All rentals must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon time. Additional rental fees may apply if pickup is delayed.
• Cleaning, repair, or replacement fees will be assessed for excessive dirt, damage, misuse, or missing components.
