Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on custom or personalized items unless there is an error on our part or the product arrives damaged or defective.
Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and design details before production begins.
Once a design proof has been approved, Asolid Ink is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
