At Asolid Ink, every design is created with care and customized uniquely for you. Because our products are personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the design has been approved.

To make sure you love your order, we offer 2 complimentary edit revisions for wording, layout, or minor design adjustments.
After the second edit, additional changes will incur an extra fee.

We encourage customers to review all spelling, dates, photos, and details carefully before final approval. Once approved, your project will move to production and no further changes can be made.

We work to complete every order with care, quality, and timely service. Turnaround time depends on the type of project and the level of detail required.

• Printed Items (cards, invitations, templates, etc.): 2–5 business days after final design approval.

• Bulk or specialty orders: May require additional time. You will be notified at the time of ordering.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on current workload and item needs.

Please note that turnaround time begins after payment is received and the final design is approved.
