Center pieces

Because we reserve inventory, purchase supplies, and prepare custom décor specifically for your event, all retainers and payments for rentals are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Event cancellations
• Changes of mind
• Weather-related cancellations
• Failure to use the reserved rental items
• Last-minute event changes

• The renter assumes full responsibility for all rental items from the time they are delivered or picked up until they are returned or retrieved by Asolid Ink.
• All rental pieces, accessories, hardware, frames, poles, bases, clamps, crossbars, carrying bags, decorative pieces, and any additional items provided with the rental must be returned.
• Missing pieces will result in replacement charges.
• Rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, excluding normal wear.
• Customers are responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or broken rental items during the rental period.
• Rental items may not be painted, glued, stapled, nailed, or permanently altered in any way.
• Rental equipment should be protected from rain, excessive wind, fire, pets, and other conditions that could cause damage.
• Customers are responsible for providing a safe location for rental equipment throughout the rental period.
• If delivery and pickup are included, all rental items must be gathered together and accessible at the scheduled pickup time.
• Additional rental charges may apply for late returns.
• Cleaning, repair, replacement, and late fees may be assessed if rental items are returned dirty, damaged, incomplete, or after the agreed-upon return date.

Important Notice

All pieces that are included with your rental must be returned. This includes every component provided by Asolid Ink. Customers will be charged for any missing or damaged pieces at the replacement cost.
