At Asolid Ink, every design is created with care and customized uniquely for you. Because our products are personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the design has been approved.
We encourage customers to review all spelling carefully before final approval. Once approved, your project will move to production and no further changes can be made.
We work to complete every order with care, quality, and timely service. Turnaround time depends on the type of project and the level of detail required.
