Every design is created with care and customized uniquely for you. Because our products are personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the design has been approved.

To make sure you love your order, we offer 2 complimentary edit revisions for wording, layout, or minor design adjustments.
After the second edit, additional changes will incur an extra fee.

We encourage customers to review all spelling, dates, photos, and details carefully before final approval. Once approved, your project will move to production and no further changes can be made.
