Backdrop Stand- ONLY

Local delivery is available for select orders within our service area. Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout or quoted before delivery.

Please ensure:

• The delivery address is accurate.
• A safe and accessible delivery location is provided.
• Someone is available to accept the delivery if required.

Asolid Ink is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

To help ensure a smooth rental experience, we ask that all customers follow these guidelines:

• The renter is responsible for the backdrop stand from the time it is picked up or delivered until it is returned or picked up by Asolid Ink.
• Backdrop stands must be used for their intended purpose only and handled with care.
• Do not overload, modify, paint, tape, glue, or permanently attach materials to the stand in a way that could cause damage.
• The stand must be placed on a stable, level surface and secured properly during use.
• If using the stand outdoors, the renter is responsible for ensuring it is properly weighted and protected from wind or severe weather conditions.
• The renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or broken equipment during the rental period.
• Backdrop stands must be returned with all original components, including the base, poles, crossbars, clamps, and carrying bag (if provided).
• Equipment should be returned in the same clean condition in which it was received. Excessive dirt, damage, or missing parts may result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees.
• If delivery and pickup are included, the renter must ensure the equipment is accessible at the scheduled pickup time. Additional fees may apply if our team is unable to retrieve the equipment due to inaccessibility or delays.
• Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges.

By renting from Asolid Ink, you agree to these responsibilities and understand that you are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or replacement costs incurred during the rental period.
